Informal Sunfish Racing


WYS Informal Sunfish Racing is held on Wednesday evenings, weather permitting. 

Boat prep begins at 5:00pm. Races start at 6:00pm and go until sunset. 

These "learn to race" sessions are designed to be informal and fun to allow new sailors and semi-experienced sailors learn the basics of Sunfish racing in a "no pressure" setting on the water. There will be some experienced sailors on-hand to help others rig their boat and teach racing basics.There is no charge for this program.
