A WYS (Under 18) Medical Consent and Participant Waiver of Claims Form is required to be enrolled and participate in any WYS lesson program.
The WYS Drop-Off Summer Squad offers parents a flexible, fun, and supervised option for children ages 4–10 (must be potty-trained). Our Summer Squad Leader will greet children starting at 8:30 a.m. and provide care through 3:30 p.m. for pickup, following lessons and to account for afternoon adventure sail or racing.
Throughout the morning, the Squad Leader will ensure children arrive at their lessons on time, enjoy lunch (either from the snack bar or a packed lunch from home), and stay happily engaged during downtime with arts and crafts, lawn games, reading, and organized games. For children to be eligible for the “squad” they will need to be enrolled in one or more lessons.
This program is offered Monday through Thursday, with families able to sign up for individual days based on their child’s schedule.
