The 2nd place finishers came across the finishing line in a Flying Scot that was skippered by Mike DiSario and crewed by Matt Roden. Mike and Matt consistently raced for back to back 2nd place finishes in the QoB in the same Flying Scot . Dave Kisla skippered his Flying Scot to the 3rd place finishing position with help from crew Alex Wilcenski. 13 Flying Scots, 4 Sunfish and 2 420's competed in the event.

CONGRATULATIONS to STEVE SMETANA - Winner of the 2021 QoB Race -
Steve piloted his Sunfish around the 10 mile course with an elapsed time of 1h38m29s for the win. A diminishing, moderate SW breeze throughout the day was enough for Steve to hold off the competition. The 2nd place boat, a 420 skippered by Cameron Giordano and crewed by Brady Schultz, finished 1m21s behind the leader. 2 Sunfish, 2 420's and 7 Flying Scots competed for the trophy.

CONGRATULATIONS to MIKE DISARIO, MATT RODEN and SUE JENKINS - Winners of the 2020 QoB Race -
Mike and crew took down the event in a Flying Scot. The next finisher was only 20 seconds behind in another Flying Scot sailed by Dave Kisla, Alex Wilcenski and Kirstin Naase. The first finisher was a Hobie Cat, but that boat retired after finishing for missing a mark. The second finisher, a Flying Scot skippered by Norm Wentworth and crewed by Ed Surgan, also retired after finishing as the skipper was no longer a member of WYS, and not eligible for the trophy.
